To the young man, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, of many accomplishments,

Rav Aharon (see note 1),

I greet you and bless you.

I am responding to your letter of the 26th of Sivan, in which you discuss what concerns the Yeshivah* in particular and Chabad in your country in general. No doubt you will continue to do so (see note 2) in the future.

You tell me that, for various reasons, the periodical (see note 3) presenting commentaries of Chassidus* on the weekly Parshah* has ceased to appear. It is clear that it does not suffice to publish it only for the festivals and special dates. It must have a fixed character, which also presents another quality — that of enabling the reader to determine when he must purchase this periodical, in which he will find the regular columns.

All of this is infinitely easier now than before. Indeed, you can make use of the sayings printed in HaYom Yom* or in the Sefer HaSichos*, in which you will find material on the Sidros*.

No doubt you will make use of the days of the liberation of the 12th-13th of Tammuz (see note 4), which are approaching, in the best possible manner. And you will know success.

שהעבודה של חיזוק התורה ,תורת משה ,היא כנגד כל הענינים המנויים
לפני זה ,ובפרט כשמדובר אודות מוסד ,שלצערנו בדורנו דור יתום לא
כולם תופסים את הנחיצות של חינוך כזה כפי שהמוסד נותן ,ולכן
האחריות ,ויחד עם זאת הזכות ,של כל אלה שהשי״ת נתן להם לב נבון
להבין זאת גדולה כמה פעמים ככה ,וביחד עם זה גדולות כמה פעמים
ככה גם הברכות מהשי״ת שמוצאים בשטח זה של העבודה ,וזה מגדיל גם
את הברכות מבורא עולם ומנהיגו בענינים הפרטים בכלל ובנחת יהודי
מהילדים בפרט ,והנני מקוה שלמותר להאריך בזה לשכמותו ,ומודה לו
מראש על כך שיודיע לי בשורות טובות בהאמור לעיל.
כיוון שאינו מזכיר אודות בריאותו הוא ,הנני מניח שהיא בסדר
ובשלום.
