Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter from this Tuesday and to the one that preceded it. You refer to the vacation period, during which the teachers and the directress all leave together. The students (see note 2) then remain without any supervision.

In such a case, it would be good for the teachers and the directress to coordinate so as not to all go on vacation together, but rather class by class. During vacation, studies are reduced and it is essentially a matter of supervision. A few people will therefore suffice for all those who remain.

If everyone coordinates, they will surely manage to put all of this in order, with each person's full willingness. They will then achieve success.

You consider teaching a trade (see note 3). It is clear that this is a good initiative, all the more so since one can expect that it will attract students toward sacred studies.

שלום וברכה!

במענה על מכתבו מיום השלישי (והקודמו), בו כותב אודות זמן החופש, שכל המורות ומנהלת לוקחים בבת אחת, ולכן נשארות התלמידות בלי כל השגחה וכו'.

ובכגון דא, מה טוב שיתדברו המורות והמנהלת ביניהן באופן שלא יקחו זמן החופש בבת אחת כי אם בכתות, וכיון שבימי החופש מתמעטים הלימודים והעיקר הוא ההשגחה, אפשר שיספיק מספר מועט יותר בשביל כל הנשארות, וכשיתייעצו כולם יחד בטח יסדרו הדברים מרצונם הטוב ויהי' בהצלחה.

במ"ש בענין לימוד האומנות, מובן שטוב הדבר, ובפרט שעי"ז יש מקום לאמר שתומשכנה ללימודי קדש.
