To the directors of the girls' seminary of Kfar Chabad*, may Hashem grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

I have just received your letter of 20 Iyar*, which followed a particularly long silence. You give me a report of your meeting envisioning the future of the seminary and the decisions you made on that occasion. I have good hope that during the weeks that have elapsed since then, you have put them into practice with all due enthusiasm.

May Hashem grant that you accomplish everything within your means, and even go beyond your capabilities, for a person's motivation to do good increases his capacities. And may the Presence of Hashem be revealed in the work of your hands, so that you achieve tremendous success.

The importance of this endeavor, the necessity not only of strengthening it but also of developing it by every means, is fundamental, indispensable, and one could even say vital. This moment is propitious for multiplying efforts in this regard — not only for the next school year, which will begin in a few months, but also for the summer, in the interest of this great and lofty project.

Obviously, my offer to assist you — without making a vow — remains in effect, until the school becomes structured materially as well. I am convinced that every chassid* in the Holy Land who can contribute will collaborate with you, in order to form a generation of young women who will be the pride and glory of Chabad*, and who, when the time comes, will build Jewish homes — eternal edifices.

In anticipation of your good news of all this, I conclude by sending you my blessing for tremendous success.

לאחרי השתיקה הכי ארוכה, נעם לי לקבל זה עתה המכתב דכ' באייר, פ"כ אסיפתם ע"ד עתידו של הסמינר והחלטות אשר נתקבלו על ידם, אשר תקותי חזקה שבמשך השבועות שעברו מאז נגשו להגשמתן ובמרץ הדרוש, ויה"ר אשר יעשו ככל יכולתם ועוד יותר מתאים לההבטחה, אשר רצון האדם לעשות טוב מגדיל יכולתו ותשרה שכינה במעשה ידיהם שתהי' הצלחה מופלגה.

כי נחיצות הענין ולא רק החזקתו אלא התרחבותו והתפשטותו בכל המובנים נחוצה ומוכרחת, ואפשר לומר גם חיונית, ושעת הכושר הוא עתה להרבות חילים בזה ולא רק בהנוגע לזמן לימודים הבע"ל שיהי' לאחרי איזה חדשים אלא גם בשיפור המצב במשך השבועות עד זמן לימודים זה, וגם בניצול ימי הקיץ, לתועלת ענין הכי גדול ונעלה זה, ומובן אשר ההבטחה הסיוע מצדי בל"נ במקומה עומדת עד שיתבסס המוסד גם בהנוגע לצד הגשמי, ומובטחני שכאו"א מאנ"ש אשר באה"ק ת"ו והיכולים לסייע בזה ישתפו פעולה עמהם להקים דור בנות שתהיינה לגאון ולתפארת חב"ד ובמשך הזמן בונות בתים בישראל בנינים עדי עד.
