To the Rav, distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Menachem Zeev (see note 1) HaLevi,

Greetings and blessings,

You mention the response of Rav Y. A. Z. (see note 2) regarding the rav who permits moving the remains of someone (see note 3). One must exclude from the outset opinions that are so questionable. Yet the author relies upon them as though they were based on the secrets of the Torah*, which is Heaven forbid the case.

In our generation, an orphaned generation, if one does not formulate a detailed response in such cases, there is genuine cause for concern. Moreover, regarding the revealed part of the Torah*, a response has been given to him, and it has even been published in an independent pamphlet. Now, many are those who devote themselves to this revealed part of the Torah* and can therefore see his error.

How much more, then, is it fitting to respond to him regarding the hidden part of the Torah*. Moreover, this could be used to discourage the study of this hidden part and of Chassidus*. You must understand what I mean.
