To the Rav, distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Chaim Hillel (see note 1),
Greetings and blessings,
No doubt you are considering a program for the approaching summer period, when the young people are on vacation from school and secular studies. Many activities can then be conducted within the framework of the Talmud Torah* schools. And it has been said that "salvation is obtained through many advisors" (see note 2).
It is surely unnecessary to remind you that you must subsequently correspond with the people in the places you visit (see note 3), in order to maintain their motivation and, above all, to lead them to make good decisions that are concretely applicable.
On the occasion of the approaching festival of Shavuos*, may we merit, together with all of Israel, in accordance with the expression of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, to receive the Torah* with joy and in an inward manner.

בטח כבר מתכוננים בתכנית לימי הקיץ הבע"ל חופש הנוער מבתי הספר ולימודי חול, שאז כר נרחב ביותר לפעולות הת"ת כו' וכו' וכבר נאמר ותשועה ברוב יועץ.
בודאי למותר לעוררו אשר בהמקומות שמבקר יעמוד עמהם בקישור מכתבים גם אחרי כן כדי לחזק ההתעוררות ובפרט בההחלטות בהנוגע לפועל.
ולקראת חג השבועות הבע"ל, הנה בלשון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר יה"ר שנזכה בתכ"י לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.
