To the eminent Rav*, the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*

and devotes himself to communal needs,

who assumes a sacred mission, Rav* Chaim Shaul (see note 1),

Greetings and blessings,

You ask me, at the end of your letter, what the outcome will be (see note 2). I am surprised that you have any doubt on this matter. You know the decision made on high (see note 3), according to which in everything concerning the Torah*, the fear of Hashem*, and good conduct, those who are attached to the Alter Rebbe* and follow his path will have the upper hand. You will consult, in this regard, the summaries and notes on the Tanya*, at the end of page 122.

This applies also to your own situation. You have already succeeded in founding a Chabad* school. The success will therefore continue in the future. You will build an edifice and you will improve it, qualitatively and quantitatively. May Hashem* grant that you do so with joy and enthusiasm.

On the occasion of the festival of Shavuos*, which is approaching, may we merit, within all of Israel, according to the formulation of our master, my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, to receive the Torah* with joy and in a profound manner.

... ובמ"ש בסיום מכתבו, מה יהי' הסוף. - הנה לפלא הספק ח"ו בזה, כי ידוע פסק בי"ד שלמעלה, אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו (של רבנו הזקן) על העליונה (עיין קיצורים והערות לס' תניא סוף עמוד קכ"ב) וגם זה בכלל שכבר הצליחו להעמיד מוסד חינוכי חב"ד, ובודאי תומשך ההצלחה גם בעתיד להמשיך בבנין המוסד ולשפרו באיכות ובכמות, ויה"ר שיעשה זה בשמחה ובטוב לבב.

ולקראת חג השבועות הבע"ל הנה בלשון הרב הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר יהי רצון שנזכה כולנו בתכ"י לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.
