Greetings and blessings,
You ask me about the conduct one must adopt in order to marry the daughter of a Kohen* (see note 1).
According to the responsa of the Tzemach Tzedek*, section Even HaEzer*, chapter 11, one must, for this, possess a good knowledge of a Talmudic tractate, even a small one (see note 2). It suffices to know its content, without necessarily knowing it by heart.
And to whoever adds to this, all good is added, for eternity.
