To the Nshei* and Bnos* Chabad* Association,

chapter of Montreal, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I have duly received (see note 1) your letter of 22 Iyar*, in which you describe to me, although very briefly, your activities of recent weeks. May Hashem* grant that they develop unceasingly, grow, and expand.

All of this is necessary at the present time in proportions far greater than in previous eras. Hashem* expects this of us and He therefore grants us the necessary means and the strength to accomplish it.

Those among you who came here for the general gathering of Nshei* and Bnos* Chabad* (see note 2) have surely conveyed news from here. I would like to add to this, through this letter, my wishes for a joyous festival of Shavuos*, a summer in good health, for you and your families.

With my blessing,

On behalf of the Rebbe Shlita*,

The secretary
