To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*

and devotes himself to communal needs,

Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letters and I thank you for the good news that constitutes the advancement of the school, whose student enrollment is increasing. No doubt you will also make every effort to increase the quality.

May Hashem* grant that everyone work in unity (see note 2) in order to direct the holy institution that bears the name of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, to develop it and to enlarge it. Your work will be blessed with immense success.

No doubt you will inform me in detail of the results of the enrollment (see note 3) and your program for the coming summer. It would be good, as I have written several times, to organize a summer camp at Kfar Chabad*, there where "Hashem* has commanded the blessing." You know the statement of several Tzaddikim* of great holiness, among whom the Alter Rebbe*, the Mitteler Rebbe*, and the Tzemach Tzedek*, that the Attribute of Mercy will be revealed (see note 4) — greater than that of goodness which precedes it — an inheritance without limit, extending from one extreme to the other. You will consult the Derech Mitzvosecha* of the Tzemach Tzedek*, page 114b.

With my blessing to receive the Torah* with joy and in a profound manner (see note 5), as well as to share good news of all of this,

The request for a blessing in your letter will be read, at an auspicious moment, at the holy resting place (see note 6). You will give me good news of that as well.
