Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of 14 Iyar*, referring to the place in which the children of Chassidim* should receive their education (see note 1).
It is clear that our masters, the masters of Chabad*, effectively direct all of the educational institutions of Chabad* — Yeshivos*, Talmud Torah*, vocational schools, and girls' schools (see note 2).
All Chassidim* have the good fortune — and from this perspective, every Jew can be considered a Chassid* — of placing their sons and daughters in these schools, for their physical and spiritual well-being, a well-being that is visible and tangible.
Needless to say, you have the right and even the merit of making known my opinion and the present view, which is stated in an unequivocal manner, to anyone who wishes to hear it. This will be good for you and for the one who wishes to hear.

ברור הדבר אשר נשיאינו הק' נשיאי חב"ד - הם המנהלים בפועל מוסדות חינוך חב"ד לכל סוגיהם: ישיבות, ת"ת, ביסל"מ, בי"ס לנערות וכו'. - ואשריו של כאו"א מאנ"ש (וכל אחב"י בגדר אנ"ש הם) שיחנך בניו ובנותיו שיחיו במוסדות אלו לטוב להם בגשמיות וברוחניות, בטוב הנראה והנגלה.
- ופשוט שברשותו וגם זכותו הוא להודיע השקפתי ודעתי ברורה זו לכל הרוצה לשמוע. ועליו ולשומע - יונעם.
