Greetings and blessings,
I approve of the idea of organizing a Chabad* association in Toronto. This no doubt also includes a group of Chabad* women and girls, which will constitute a department thereof and, furthermore, will operate in conformity with the laws of the country.
May Hashem* grant that your activity grow, quantitatively and qualitatively.
On this subject, I am somewhat surprised that the brochure relating to the gathering of the Chabad* women of Toronto has been so delayed in its publication (see note 2). In such a case, the sooner such words are published, the faster the consequences manifest, in accordance with the statement that "competition among scholars increases wisdom."
With my blessing to share good news of all of this,

... נראה לי הסברא לארגן אגודת חב"ד בטרונטה, ובטח גם אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד תכנס בכלל זה כמחלקה או באופן אחר מתאים לחוקי המדינה ויה"ר שתלך עבודתם מעלה מעלה הן בכמות והן באיכות.
ובאותו ענין, תמוה קצת על מה שמתארך כ"כ ענין הו"ל החוברת בקשר עם אסיפת נשי חב"ד דטרונטה, ובענינים כגון דא, ככל שקודם פרסום הדברים קודמות גם התוצאות מהפרסום מתאים למאמר קנאת סופרים תרבה חכמה.
