To the Yeshivah*, in Lod*,

In response to your question, you will begin, with alacrity, the construction of the new building of the Yeshivah*, as well as all the other buildings at the Kfar* (see note 1).

The funds collected for the institutions in which those who were murdered (see note 2) were students will be dedicated to the development of these schools. In coordination with the relevant authorities, arrangements will be made for the students to sleep in the orchards, under proper guard.
