To each and every one of the Chassidim*, to the residents of Kfar Chabad*, to the institutions located there, in particular to the vocational school and the agricultural school, to the students, the teachers, the directors, the administrators, and the parents (see note 1),

I have good hope that, with the help of Hashem*, Who protects with an open eye and grants His Providence, you will strengthen yourselves against all obstacles (see note 2), you will increase construction — both individual and communal — and you will develop the institutions in quantity and in quality.

In tranquility and with breadth of spirit, you will enhance and embellish the study of our Torah*, which is our stronghold — the Torah* of life and the Words of the living Elokim* — as well as the observance of the Mitzvos*, with joy and enthusiasm, concerning which it is said: "One shall live by them."

From Kfar Chabad*, the wellsprings of Chassidus*, the teachings and the deeds of our holy masters, will spread until they reach the outside, drawing near to our Father Who is in Heaven all our brethren, the children of Israel, with kindness and mercy, revealing the true and complete redemption through our righteous Moshiach*, very soon.

I take part in your prayers and your fasts (see note 2). With the help of Hashem*, I am convinced that I will soon participate in your true, deep, and complete joy, both material and spiritual.

לכל אחד ואחת מאנ"ש, תושבי כפר חב"ד, המוסדות אשר שם, וביחוד בתי ספר למלאכה וחקלאות, התלמידים, המורים, המנהלים, העסקנים וההורים:

תקותי חזקה, אשר בעזר השי"ת, השומר בעינא פקיחא ומשגיח בהשגחה פרטית, תתגברו על כל מונע, תתחזקו בבנינים הפרטיים והציבוריים, תרחיבו כל המוסדות בכמות ובאיכות, ומתוך מנוחה והרחבת הדעת יתגדל ויתאדר לימוד תורתנו חומתנו, תורת חיים ודברי אלקים חיים, וקיום מצוותי' בשמחה ובטוב לבב וחי בהם, ומכפר חב"ד יפוצו מעינות החסידות תורת ומעשי נשיאינו הקדושים עד שיגיעו גם חוצה, לקרב לאבינו שבשמים את כל אחינו בני ישראל בחסד וברחמים, ולהביא הגאולה האמתית והשלימה על ידי משיח צדקנו בקרוב.

המשתתף בתפלתם ותעניתם, ומובטחני בהשי"ת שבקרוב ממש גם בשמחתם
