Greetings and blessings,

I received your letter written at the conclusion of Shabbos*, which followed a long silence. May Hashem* grant that in the future, you share good news of the harmony and unity that reign among you, in an ever-increasing manner, "as the face reflects in water."

If one renounces one's own demands and personal concerns, "the heart of a person responds likewise to his fellow," and the other feels a comparable sentiment. Thereby, closeness is created, and the promise of our holy Torah* is fulfilled — that peace is the vessel containing the blessing of the Holy One, blessed be He — a blessing without limit and without end, for it has its source in the true Infinite.

Such a blessing is revealed also, in an increased manner, in the actions one performs, as well as among one's students. May Hashem* grant that you share good news of all of this very soon.

לאחר שתיקתו הארוכה נתקבל מכתבו ממוצש"ק, ויה"ר שבעתיד הקרוב יבשר טוב מקירוב הלבבות והאחדות שביניהם ההולכת וגדולה וכמים הפנים, וכשמוותרים על מדות עצמו ועניני עצמו כן הוא לב האדם לאדם שגם הזולת מתחיל להרגיש באופן כזה ומתקרבים איש אל רעהו ביותר, שאז מתקיים הבטחת תורתנו הק' שהשלום הוא כלי מחזיק ברכתו של הקב"ה ברכה בלי גבולית ואין סופית, כיון שמקורה הוא הבלי גבול האמיתי שבמילא נמשכה תוספת ברכה בהפעולות והמושפעים, ויה"ר שיבשר טוב בזה בקרוב ממש.
