To the Rav*, the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem* and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav* Menachem Zeev (see note 1) HaLevi,

Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your letter of the first and second day of Rosh Chodesh* Iyar*, with its contents. There has been, once again, an exchange of letters between you and Rav* I. A. Z. Margolis (see note 2). It would therefore be good to inform him that a letter will soon be disseminated in the Holy Land, resolutely rejecting the dreadful explanations of this Rav* who grants permission to empty the graves (see note 3) and claims to base himself, for this purpose, on the Zohar* and the writings of the Arizal*. Obviously, this letter will include references and explanatory notes.

His letter granting this permission was published in the Kol Torah*, which appears in Jerusalem. It has no doubt come to the attention of whoever wished it, and it is surprising that, for the time being, the response has not been printed in the appropriate manner.

I thank you for the good news you share regarding those for whom you had requested a blessing. May Hashem* grant you the success of announcing good news always and every day, including regarding yourself, the members of your family, and your students.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מא' ובדר"ח אייר עם המוסגר בהם, וכיון שבא שוב פעם בקישור מכתבים עם הריא"ז שי' מרגלית, כדאי הי' לעוררו אשר בהקדם יתפרסם באה"ק ת"ו מכתב מבוסס בשלילה מוחלטת של הסברות המבהילות של הרב הרוצה להתיר פינוי הקברים וכאילו זהו ע"פ הזהר וכתבי האריז"ל כו' ומובן שמכתב השולל צ"ל בציונים ומראה מקומות כו' וכו'...

מכתבו שרוצה להתיר נדפס בקול תורה המתפרסם בירושת"ו ובודאי נודע שם לכל הרוצה לדעת ובאמת פלא שע"ע לא הדפיסו המענה ע"ז כדרוש.

ת"ח על הבשו"ט מאלו שכתב פ"נ אודותם כן יצליחו השי"ת לבשר טובות תמיד כל הימים וגם בהנוגע לעצמו ולב"ב ולמושפעיו שיחיו.
