Greetings and blessings,
The essential purpose of this letter (see note 1) is the following. You are inflicting punishments on students, and you even go so far as to strike them (see note 2). It is clear that such conduct is out of the question for the older students, and — if I may say so — it is equally out of the question for those who are not older.
It seems to me that I communicated all of this to you clearly when you visited me here. It would be good for this situation to change immediately.
