Greetings and blessings,
It is said that the coordination among the directors, the male teachers, and the female teachers is deficient. This situation is concerning. It even seems that in certain places, everyone does as he sees fit. It is absolutely imperative that this disorder cease. You know how much importance our holy masters accorded to discipline in such cases. Moreover, it is impossible that the manner in which the students obey the teachers and the director not be affected by this.
It is clear that the director or the members of the committee, being human, can err. Nevertheless, it is precisely this person who has been appointed director or committee member. Whoever has faith in the words of the Sages* believes in their statement that the one responsible for the cistern convenes the committee, developing all the arguments showing that it is unsuitable. If the matter is urgent, one can request that it be addressed as quickly as possible. On the other hand, one cannot destroy a school belonging to my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, by waging war against its director, by personally taking the initiative to immediately do the opposite of what he requests.
There is no need to say more, so evident is this. May Hashem* grant that you announce to me the good news that all of this has been rectified, as quickly as possible.

... מצערים השמועות אשר כנראה לקוי' ההתאמה שבין המנהלים והמורים ומורות, עד שישנם מקומות שבא להסדר דאיש כל הישר בעיניו יעשה, ומוכרח להפסיק בלתי סדר זה בהחלט הכי גדול , וכבר ידוע עד כמה הקפידו נשיאינו הק' על המשמעת בכגון דא, ובפרט שאי אפשר שלא יגע במשמעת של תלמידים-ות כלפי המורים ומנהל...
מובן שכיון שגם המנהל או חברי הנהלה הכללית, בו"ד הם עלולים גם הם לטעות.
אבל כיון שפב"פ נתמנה למנהל או להנהלה הכללית, וכל המאמין בדברי רז"ל מאמין גם במאמרם אשר אפילו ריש גרגותא משמיא קא ממני לי' - במילא (יש לו להגיש תלונה על הוראת המנהל או ההנהלה העומדת על גביהם בצירוף כל הטענות לשלילת ההוראה וכיו"ב, ולבקש לדון בזה בהקדם הכי אפשרי, אם הבעיא דחופה היא, אבל) אין להרוס מוסד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע על ידי מלחמה במנהל, ועשי' היפך הוראותיו תומ"י על דעת עצמו וכיו"ב, ואין להאריך בדבר המובן ופשוט. ויה"ר שיבשרוני טוב בתיקון הנ"ל בהקדם הכי אפשרי...
