Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your letters of 13 and 27 Nissan*, with their contents. May Hashem* grant that all of this progress and develop (see note 2), to the fullest extent possible, in accordance with the needs of the period. The success will be considerable. I am surprised that in your most recent letter, you say nothing about the consequences of the visit made by the person you mention — in particular, its effects that will have a concrete impact.

The young man you mention has delayed the date of his wedding, and it is clear that this situation is concerning. It seems to me that I wrote to him (see note 3) last year, to tell him that postponing it for such a long time was not desirable. If an intervention on my part or from the administration of the network is feasible, you will let me know, for this is desirable.

No doubt you will make proper use of the day of Lag BaOmer*, which approaches, especially since it is a day when students do not go to school (see note 4).

To compensate for the villages (see note 6) that are losing their population, there is surely a possibility to develop the number and quality of students in the Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak* schools that already exist.

מובן שמצער מצב הענינים בהנוגע להארכת זמן החתונה של האברך... שי' וכמדומה שעוד אשתקד כתבתי להנ"ל שלא נראה לי דיחוי החתונה לזמן ארוך כ"כ ואם אפשר לעשות בזה מצדי או מצד הנהלת הרשת יודיעני, כי נכון הוא.

בטח ינצלו יום הל"ג בעומר הבע"ל באופן המתאים ובפרט שחל ביום שהת' פטורים מלימודי חול.
