To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association in Tel Aviv, may Hashem* grant you long life,
Greetings and blessings,
I am surprised not to have received news from you for a long time. No doubt you will inform me, with the appropriate detail, of how you made use of the days of Pesach*.
The purpose of this letter is to remind you of the necessary preparations for Lag BaOmer*, which approaches. May Hashem* grant that your activity this year surpass that of previous years. Our Sages* say, indeed, that one ascends in matters of holiness. I await good and detailed news.
With my blessing of success in all that has been said,
