I send you my blessing, that you share good news of your communal activities and your personal concerns. Obviously, the vineyard (see note 1) of Chabad* retains priority, for this is a Mitzvah* that cannot be fulfilled by someone else (see note 2).

This is not the case for a Mitzvah* that is not truly "my vineyard" (see note 3), and the significance of the difference can be perceived through the statement of our Sages* that "heavenly concerns" — that is, the Mitzvos* — cannot be compared to words of Torah*. Consequently, a Mitzvah* that can be fulfilled by someone else... (see note 4). Conversely, if no one else can carry it out, not only is it comparable to them, but moreover, it takes precedence over them.

I am very surprised to observe that several Chassidim* do not reflect on all of this, even though our masters have delivered various teachings on this matter. And, based on what has been said, this is also a halachic* ruling, found in the revealed dimension of the Torah*.
