Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your letter of 7 Nissan*, and I am surprised by the length of the interval between your letters. I am also astonished by the beginning of this letter, stating that you have no explanation to justify not having made proper use of the days of Purim*. Indeed, what will result from making imperfect use of auspicious days? Does not each day receive its specific content? And Chassidus* explains that "days were created" and that man introduces the One into them.

You are considering purchasing books. It seems to me that I have already written to you that it is good to acquire them in exchange for Kehot* books. On the other hand, for various reasons, they should not be purchased. In any case, I thank you for everything you will do in this matter.

I enclose a copy of my letter addressed to all. May Hashem* grant that you make use of it in your surroundings and in your country.

מאשרים קבלת מכתבו מז' ניסן, ולפלא ההפסק גדול כ"כ בין מכתב אחד לחבירו, וכן לפלא התחלת מכתב זה, שאין במה להצדיק את עצמו על אי הניצול של ימי הפורים, כי סו"ס מה תהי' התכלית מהעדר ניצול ימי הסגולה, והרי צ"ל כל יומא ויומא עביד עבידתי', כי ימים יוצרו ולו אחד בהם, וכמבואר בתורת החסידות.

במ"ש אודות השגת ספרים באופן של קני'. כבר כמדומה כתבו לו שנכון הדבר באופן של חילוף בהוצאת ספרי קה"ת, אבל מכמה טעמים לא באופן של קני', ובכ"א ת"ח על השתדלותו וטרחתו בכל זה.

מוסג"פ העתק מכתבי כללי, ויה"ר שינצלו אותו גם בסביבתו ומדינתם.
