A new fascicle has just been published, in addition to what was already in press.
It appears that this is excluded (see note 2), especially since, for the time being, I have not found any allusion to this haircutting in Chassidus*, except in the Siddur* of the Maharid (see note 3), which I am certain is based on the writings of the Tzemach Tzedek*.
