As you know, when a dispute arises, it is impossible for the one who is in the right not to be, despite everything, somewhat at fault. Moreover, in this case, the polemics are of little importance, as is pointing the finger at the guilty party in one domain and the guilty party in another. What matters here is developing an institution and making a sincere effort to achieve this result.
As long as this institution does not attain the proper scope, all the members of its board will bear responsibility. Now, it is said that if a tzaddik* achieves teshuvah* in the proper manner, the redemption will be immediate, as the Tikkunei Zohar* explains, cited by Chassidus*. How much more will an improvement in the situation of all those who participate in this common endeavor bring about the redemption of this common project. It is not necessary to say more, since concrete practice and logic attest that this is indeed so.
No doubt you will distribute matzah shmurah*, in addition to what you sell, in accordance with the talk given on this subject a few years ago. May Hashem* grant that this food of healing and of faith be received within your four amos*, for the entire year.
Pesach* is approaching, for us and for all of Yisrael*, for good and for blessing. You will celebrate it, together with the members of your family, in a kosher* and joyous manner.

...כידוע שכשיש סכסוך, אי אפשר שלא יהי' מקצת מן האשמה אפילו בצד הצודק שבהסכסוך, ובפרט שבענין זה אינו נוגע כ"כ דער אויס'טענה'ן זיך ולהראות באצבע שפב"פ אשם בפרט זו ופב"פ אשם בפרט שני, כיון שהמדובר הוא אודות התפתחות המוסד וההשתדלות ביגיעה אליבא דנפשי' בזה, וכל זמן שאין המוסד מתפתח ככל הדרוש, הרי כל חברי ההנהלה אשמים בזה, ומובן ומבואר עוד יותר ע"פ מאמר התקוני זהר, הובא בדא"ח, שאם יהי' צדיק אחד שיעשה תשובה כדבעי תיכף תבא הגאולה, הרי עאכו"כ שהטבה במצבו של מי שהוא משותפים בענין משותף מביאה גאולה בענין השיתופי, ואין להאריך בדבר הנראה בחוש ומובן בשכל.
בודאי יסדרו חלוקת השמורה - נוסף על מכירת השמורה, מתאים להשיחה עד"ז מלפני איזה שנים, ויה"ר שיומשכו הענינים מיכלא דאסוותא ומיכלא דמהימנותא על כל השנה כולה בכל הד' אמות שלהם.
ולקראת חג הפסח הבא עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, הנה יחוגו אותו הוא וכל ב"ב שיחיו בכשרות ובשמחה.
