To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem,
Rav M. Z.[1],
I greet and bless you,
A) Enclosed you will find the Kuntres He'chaltz'u*, which has just been published with some additions. You will no doubt confirm that you received it.
B) I was glad to learn, through Rav L. K.[2], that a visa has been granted to my close relative, Rav I. Kluvgant[3].
Perhaps you can ask Lawat whether he found an apartment for him, since when he was here he told me he was working on it.
On reflection, it is probably preferable that I first ask my father-in-law, the Rebbe Shlita, about this[4].
C) At the end of the Kuntres He'chaltz'u* I noted a remark concerning Rav L. Schneersohn[5]. Can you write to me what you know about his family, his sons, his daughters — in particular Rav Ch. Z. of Lodz[6] — and whom his children married? I thank you in advance.

א) מוסג"פ קונטרס החלצו שזה עתה הו"ל עם ההוספות - ובודאי יאשר קבלתו.
ב) שמחני הרל"ק שי' שנשלחה כבר הויזא לש"ב מהר"א שי' קליו[ב]גאנט. ואולי מהנכון שיזרז את לאוואט בהנוגע לדירת הנ"ל וכו', כיון שא"ל, בהיותו כאן, שהתחיל במצוה זו. - שוב נחמתי שטוב לחכות עד שתבורר חוו"ד כ"ק מו"ח אד"ש עד"ז.
ג) בקשר עם הערתי ע"ד הר"ל ש"ס מועליז בסוף קונט' הנ"ל - מטובו להודיעני מה שידוע לו ע"ד יחוסו, בניו, בנותיו וב"ב, ובפרט הרש"ז ז"ל מלודז, זווגיהם וכו' ות"ח מראש.
