To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*
and devotes himself to communal needs,

I greet you and bless you,
It is said that thirty days before the festival, one discusses its laws. Now, in this case, the festival (Pesach*) is approaching.
One must therefore interest the students (of the Yeshivah*) in these laws. And the same applies to Chassidus* as well. These students must study the discourses of the festival of Pesach*, of 2 Nissan (the Hilloula* of the Rebbe Rashab*, father of the Frierdiker Rebbe*), and everything related to this.
With my blessing to convey good tidings of all that has been said,
