To the administrators of the Chabad* synagogue of Ramat Yitzchak,
may Hashem* grant you long life,
I greet you and bless you,
I received your letter with pleasure. You describe your Chassidic* gatherings (farbrengens*) on propitious days, in particular the festival of the liberation of 19 Kislev*, when "He redeemed our soul in peace" and "the light and vitality of our soul were granted to us" — the Rosh Hashanah* of Chassidus*.
In keeping with its name, "head of the year," this date distributes vitality and strength to the days that follow it, for everything that concerns Chassidus*, its customs and practices, infusing greater light and vitality into Jewish life during the weekdays and, all the more so, during Shabbos* and the festivals.
May Hashem* fulfill the wishes of your heart, according to the expression you use in your letter. May your synagogue be truly Chabad*, and may the light of the Torah* and of Chassidus* emanate from it to all your surroundings.
Great is the merit of spreading the wellsprings outward, which enables the bestowal of every physical and spiritual good upon each of the members of this synagogue, and in particular upon its administrators, with all the members of their families.

שלום וברכה!
נעם לי לקבל מכתבם, בו כותבים אודות ההתועדות בימי הסגולה וביחוד בחג הגאולה י"ט כסלו, החג אשר פדה בשלום נפשנו ואור וחיות נפשנו ניתן לנו, ראש השנה לחסידות, ובודאי מתאים לשמו ראש השנה נמשך חיות ותוספת כח בהימים הבאים אחרי זה בהנוגע לתורת החסידות הדרכותי' ומנהגי' הנותנים וספת אור וחיות בחיי איש הישראלי בימות החול ועאכו"כ בשבתות וימים טובים.
והשי"ת ימלא משאלות לבבם לטובה, וכלשונם במכתבם, שיהי' בית הכנסת זה חב"די באמת ממנו יצא אור התורה והחסידות לכל הסביבה.
וגדול זכות הפצת המעינות חוצה להשפיע רוב טוב גשמי ורוחני לכל אחד ואחד מהחברים ומתפללים של בית הכנסת והגבאים בראשם הם ובני ביתם שיחיו.
