I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your request for a blessing* and I am surprised that you do not specify what your activity is in the domain of Chabad*. Now, you surely know the clearly established, profound and intense will of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, according to which every Chassid*, every student of the Yeshivah* must spread the wellsprings of Chassidus* outward.

One must propagate not only the teachings of Chassidus*, but also its customs and practices, not only in the nearby exterior, but also in that which is relatively distant. And it is unnecessary to say more, so obvious is this.

In your country in particular, it is indispensable that everyone work to strengthen the Yeshivah* Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak of Melbourne, whose influence extends over the entire country. This must be done financially, but also physically, without sparing one's efforts.

May Hashem* grant that you commit yourself to all of this and that you submit yourself to Chassidus*, fixing its study both in time and in spirit. This will increase the blessing* in everything you write about, for you and for all the members of your family.

מאשר הנני קבלת הפ"נ שלו, ולפלא שאינו מזכיר דבר מעסקנותו בכרם חב"ד, אף שבודאי ידועים לו ומפורסמים רצונו הפנימי והעז של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אשר כל אחד מאנ"ש והתמימים יפעלו בהפצת המעיינות חוצה, היינו לא רק תורת החסידות אלא גם הדרכותי' ומנהגי' לא רק בחוצה הקרוב אלא גם בחוצה שלע"ע רחוק הוא, והאריכות בדבר הפשוט אך למותר, ובפרט במדינתם ההכרח הוא שכל אחד מאנ"ש ישתתף בחיזוק אהלי יוסף יצחק אשר במעלבורן (ונוגע הענין לכל המדינה) בממונו וגם בטרחת גופא. ויה"ר שהתאמצותו בכל האמור נוסף על הקב"ע שלו בתורת החסידות קביעות בזמן וקביעות בנפש, תוסיף בהענינים אודותם כותב שלו ושל ב"ב שיחיו.
