Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter, in which you tell me that you are confused and do not know how to organize your studies.
These two facts are connected. If you follow the program of studies and devote yourself to it with ardor, the other problems will find a solution. When the Torah* was given, the Children of Israel were able to receive it because they said: "We will do and (then) we will understand" — and it is therefore the same for the service of Hashem in daily life.
The Mishnah*, at the beginning of the second chapter of Tractate Berachos*, indicates that one must first accept the yoke of the Heavenly sovereignty, then that of the mitzvos*. And it is perfectly clear that the same applies to you. The entry point into the service of Hashem is submission. Thus, Hashem grants the merit and the success, so that with time, one finds taste and pleasure in it — even though this is not essential, obviously.
You surely maintain the three studies that concern each individual, instituted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us. These pertain to Chumash*, Tehillim*, and Tanya*, and are well known. They are, of course, in addition to your other studies of the revealed dimension of the Torah* and of Chassidus*.

במענה על מכתבו, בו כותב שנבוך הוא וכו' ושואל איזה סדר בלימוד וכו'.
הנה הא בהא תליא, וכשישמור סדר הלימוד וילמוד בהתמדה ושקידה יסודרו גם שאר הענינים וכמו שקבלת התורה בעת מתן תורה היתה על ידי הקדמת נעשה לנשמע וכן היא ההוראה גם בעבודה היום יומית, וכפסק המשנה ריש פרק ב' דברכות, יקבל עליו עול מלכות שמים ועול מצות , פשיטא שכן הוא גם בהנוגע אליו, שהתחלת העבודה היא מתוך קבלת עול, ואז מזכה השי"ת ומצליח שבמשך הזמן מוצאים גם טעם ועונג אף שלא זהו העיקר כמובן.
בודאי שומר שלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש מתקנת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר
זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע בחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים, נוסף על שאר לימודיו הן בנגלה והן בחסידות.
