You discuss the number nineteen. It is necessary to note and emphasize, in this regard, the explanation of the one whose joy we celebrate on the 19th of Kislev* (the Alter Rebbe*, who was liberated on that date from the tsarist prisons). This explanation is found in the Torah Or*, page 6d.
Regarding the number thirty-six, you should consult the Likkutei Torah*, at Parshas* Pekudei*, page 4c, at Parshas* Bamidbar*, page 5d, and the responsa Yehudah Ya'aleh*, chapter 1.
