To my close relative, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*, Rav Avraham Dovid,
Greetings and blessings,
I await your good tidings regarding what was discussed and what I have already written to you. You deliver public Chassidus* discourses with success. You should therefore do so more frequently. For who knows? Do our Sages* not say that the Torah* brings healing to the world? And it also brings healing to the small world that constitutes the individual person.
Please consult, on this subject, in particular, the Derech Chaim*, Gate of Prayer, end of chapter 35, and the Torah Or*, at the end of Parshas Bereishis*. And perhaps this will also have an effect regarding what you told me (presumably regarding an illness).

...אחכה לבשו"ט בהאמור וגם במה שכתבתי לו מאז, אשר כיון שמצליח בחזרת דא"ח ברבים, מההכרח שיעשה זה לפעמים יותר תכופות, והרי אין אתנו יודע עד מה ובמרז"ל התורה מביאה רפואה לעולם, הרי הכוונה בזה גם לעולם קטן זה האדם (יעויין דרך חיים שער התפלה ספל"ה. תו"א ס"פ בראשית. ועוד), ואפשר שיפעול זה גם על האמור לעיל.
