To Mrs. Shula Shifra (Mrs. S. S. Katznelenbogen, of Cleveland),
Blessings and greetings,
I received with pleasure your letter of 11 Cheshvan, in which you tell me about your efforts to obtain cholov Yisrael* (supervised milk) and the various possibilities available to you in this regard.
May Hashem grant that your efforts not weaken. In this way, they will meet with success. Indeed, the assurance was given that in all that concerns the Torah*, the fear of Hashem, and good conduct, the Chassidim* will know success, as stated in the summaries and notes on the Tanya*, at the end of page 122.
In this domain in particular, there will be, in addition to the concrete result, a sanctification of the Name of Hashem. Indeed, all of this had been neglected until now (it was impossible to obtain supervised milk). Now, the women and girls of Chabad* have worked to achieve this considerable improvement.
May this merit protect you, as well as all those who are active in this matter, so that you obtain the satisfaction of all your needs, both material and spiritual.
With my blessing,
For the Rebbe shlita*,
the secretary,
