Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letters of 3 and 5 Marcheshvan.

Several items will be conveyed to you by your brother-in-law (Rav Ephraim Wolf, who spent the month of Tishrei* with the Rebbe). I have duly received the newspaper clippings, among which there was an article about the Sefer HaSichos* and a description of the meeting of women and girls of Chabad* in the Holy Land. I thank you for them.

You mention the request for a bibliographic inventory of Chabad* books and pamphlets. You surely possess the Kuntres Toras HaChassidus* (of the Frierdiker Rebbe*), as well as the Toldos Maharash* (a biographical work authored by the Rebbe), and the index of discourses and commentaries of the Rebbe Rashab*. I also enclose the latest catalog. All of this will enable you to compile the appropriate inventory, in accordance with the request that was expressed, which you will specify on the spot.

Know that this inventory, if it is satisfactory, will be appended to the Beis Rabbi* (the biography of the Alter Rebbe* whose edition was prepared by Rav Glitsenstein), including its first volume, even though that volume is devoted exclusively to the Alter Rebbe*. It will nevertheless be published at the end of this book, in the form of a supplement.

It is, of course, judicious to publish an article about Yud-Tes Kislev*.

בהנוגע להבקשה לסדר רשימה ביבליאוגרפית, מספרי וקונטרסי חב"ד, בטח נמצא אצלו קונטס תורת החסידות וכן תולדות מוהר"ש, מפתח מאמרי דרושי כ"ק אדמו"ר (מוהרש"ב) נ"ע, ומוסגר בזה הקטלוג האחרון, שמכולם יחד יש לערוך רשימה מתאימה לפרטי הדרישה שיתדבר בזה על אתר.

וזאת למודעי, אשר באם תהי' מסודרת יפה, הנה יש סברא לצרפה להבית רבי, ואפילו לחלק ראשון, אף שמדובר שם רק על דבר רבנו הזקן, הנה תבוא בתור הוספה לבסוף.
