Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of 12 Elul, with the request for a blessing it contained. You mention the construction of the Mikveh*. You surely know the teaching of the Rebbe Rashab* concerning it (2), which he transmitted to the great Rav Yaakov Landa, of Bnei Brak. No doubt this Mikveh will conform to his instructions.
On the occasion of the new year which approaches, for us and for all of Israel, for good and for blessing, I extend my blessing, to you and to all of yours, that you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year, materially and spiritually.

ובודאי ידוע לו מהוראת כ"ק אדמו"ר (מוהרש"ב) נ"ע בעניני מקוה שמסרם להרה"ג מוהר"י שי' לנדא, דבני ברק, ובטח תהי' גם מקוה זו מתאים להוראות אלו.
ולקראת השנה החדשה הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לו ולכל אשר לו, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות.
