Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of 16 Menachem Av, in which you ask me where you should settle after your marriage, which will be celebrated at a good and fruitful time.
Based on the description you give me in your letter, it would be wiser to settle in Kfar Chabad*. Hashem will grant you success, and from your home the wellsprings* — those of Chassidus* — will spread outward.
It is explained elsewhere (see Letter #3497) that the first point following the beginning is called "outside" relative to that beginning. And even according to the revealed dimension of Torah*, a special connection is necessary to reconcile severity and kindness (which are sentiments going in opposite directions).
Obviously, you may show this letter to those who reside in Kfar Chabad*. Without a doubt, they will come to your assistance.

במענה על מכתבו מט"ז מנ"א, בו שואל באיזה מקום יתיישבו לאחר החתונה בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, וכפי התיאור במכתבו הנה נכון יותר להתענין להתיישב בכפר חב"ד והשי"ת יצליחם שתהי' דירתם מקום משם יפוצו המעינות חוצה, מעינות תורת החסידות (ועל פי המבואר במקום אחר אשר הנקודה הראשונה לאחרי ההתחלה גם היא במדריגת חוצה לגבי ההתחלה וגם על פי נגלה צריך קישור מאחד כדי שתהי' דיני וחסדי מעין עלי'). ומובן שיכול להראות מכתבי זה לאנשי הכפר חב"ד שבטח יסייעו בידו.
