Igrot Kodesh · Letter 368 — Preserving Chassidic Stories and Shavuot Outreach

To the Chassid* who fears Hashem,

Rav I.[1],

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter and, in accordance with your request, I am enclosing the fascicle published on the occasion of the festival of Shavuot*, as well as the letter addressed to all[2].

It is a mitzvah* to disseminate all of this to as many people as possible. Please be good enough to inform me of what has been accomplished in this regard.

I conclude by wishing you to receive the Torah joyfully and by greeting the entire community,

I thank you especially for the story of the Rebbe Maharash* that you transmitted to me, all the more so since you specify who related it. I reported it to my father-in-law, the Rebbe* Shlita*, citing your name, and he was pleased.

Please in future transmit all stories to me systematically. Send them here and the merit of all will depend on you.
