Blessings and greetings,

About a year ago, I received a visit from the Rav*, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, full of zeal, Rav* Yitzchak Gershtenkoren, founder of Bnei Brak in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, author, among other works, of Neim Zemiros Yisrael. I promised him to ask the Chassidim* to help him with the dissemination of this book (see letters no. 2251 and 2661 on this subject).

Toward the end of the month of Tammuz* or at the beginning of Menachem Av*, he intends to travel to England. Accordingly, I would ask you to give him a warm welcome when he visits Manchester. To the extent possible, you will help him disseminate his book. I thank you very much in advance.

לפני כשנה בקרני הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ בעל מרץ וכו' וכו' מוהר"ר יצחק שי' גרשטנקורן, מיסד בני ברק באה"ק ת"ו ומחבר ספר "נעים זמירות ישראל" ועוד. והבטחתי לו לעורר את אנ"ש שי' לעזור לו בהפצת ספרו הנ"ל.

ובאשר בשלהי חודש תמוז או בראשית מנ"א הבע"ל מתכונן לבקר במדינת אנגלי', הנני בזה לבקש את כת"ר שי' אשר בברו במנשסתר יראה לו ספ"י, ויעזור לו בהפצת ספרו בגדר האפשריות, ות"ח ת"ח מראש.
