Igrot Kodesh · Letter 364 — Supporting Chabad Emissaries in Europe

By the grace of Hashem,

16 Iyar* 5708,

To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem,

Rav A. S. Nemtsov[1], the shochet*,

I greet you and bless you,

Enclosed you will find the fascicle published on the occasion of Lag B'Omer* and you will no doubt make it available to as many people as possible.

I hope you will soon receive a visit from our emissaries who are in Europe, the Rabbanim* Posner and Baumgarten[2]. They will travel to your country and in particular to your city.

It is no doubt superfluous to ask you to help them in every way possible so that they may successfully carry out the mission entrusted to them. I merely wish to emphasize its urgency and importance. You will lend them your personal support and all those you can influence will do the same.

I have every hope that you will invest yourself fully in all of this, with action as your priority. I will therefore keep this letter brief and conclude by greeting you and thanking you warmly in advance for your help.
