Bnei Brak* chapter (see letter no. 3482),
may Hashem grant you long life,
Blessings and greetings,
I received with pleasure your letter, the delivery of which was delayed. You describe the organization of the Bnei Brak* chapter and give me a report of your meetings.
It is said that "all beginnings are difficult." However, in this case, you have already begun (so the difficulties are behind you). Hashem will therefore enable you to develop in all directions. Your efforts will be crowned with success, and you will communicate the spirit of Torah* and mitzvos* to the widest circles — first the closest, then the more distant.
The more you observe the success with your own eyes, the more you will redouble your ardor in order to multiply your activities and develop them, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
It is surely unnecessary to emphasize to you the need to establish a specific program for the summer months, in order to adapt to the changes that occur during the vacation period, as also explained in my general letter, which I am enclosing.
With my blessing for success in all that has been said, and awaiting your good news,

נעם לי לקבל מכתבן (שהתאחר בדרך הילוכו), בו כותבות ע"ד ארגון סניף בבני ברק, ומצורף לו פ"כ מאסיפותיהן, ויה"ר שכיון שכבר היתה ההתחלה שרק התחלות קשות, הנה מכאן ולהבא תתפתח העבודה בכל הכיוונים, ויראו פרי טוב בעמלן להחדיר רוח התורה והמצוה בחוגים הכי רחבים בקרוב החל וברחוק כלה, ובודאי ככל אשר יראו במוחש הריבוי בההצלחה גם זה יוסיף בהמרץ שלהן להגדיל העבודה ולהרבותה הן בכמות והן באיכות.
בודאי למותר להאריך על ההכרח להכין תכנית מיוחדת לימי הקיץ הדורשים שינוי באופן העבודה מתאים לשינוי סדר החיים בימי החופש והקיץ לגבי החדשים שלפניהם ושלאחריהם, וכמבואר ג"כ במכתבי כללי המוסגר בזה,
