To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs,

Mr. A. Shklovski (of Petach Tikvah*),

Blessings and greetings,

I received with pleasure your letter bearing good news about the organization of the shul* and the house of study, in which various classes have been added. And you know the teaching of our Sages*, reporting the divine promise that "to whoever adds (efforts), more is added (blessings)."

It is surely unnecessary to remind you of the necessity of making proper use of the 12th and 13th of Tammuz*, which are approaching. These dates are the festival of the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us. You will study his teachings in particular, observe what he instituted, and strengthen his institutions for which he gave of himself entirely.

Without a doubt, he continues to carry out his mission on high, and he invokes divine mercy for those who are attached or bound to him, as well as for all the members of their families.
