I am responding to your letter of 28 Nissan*, in which you tell me that after teaching, you feel exhausted. It is no doubt possible to arrange a short break in the middle of studies. Before them, moreover, you should be completely rested. When one acts in a natural manner, one receives supernatural success.

Concerning the matches being proposed to you, one must not compromise on the essential qualities that the young woman must possess. On the other hand, what is secondary — all the more so, what is entirely negligible and superficial — should not be taken into account at all. As you know, whenever the profound dimension is revealed, what is external disappears entirely.

במענה על מכתבו מכ"ח ניסן בו כותב שלאחר לימודו עם תלמידיו מרגיש עיפות, ובטח יש אפשריות לסדר שיעשו הפסקה קלה באמצע הלימודים או שקודם הלימודים יהי' אויסגערוהט כדבעי, וכשעושים אחיזה בדרך הטבע נשפעת הצלחה גם למעלה מדרך הטבע.
