Greetings and blessings,
It is unnecessary to point out to you that the more the parents exert themselves in everything pertaining to Torah* and mitzvos* — which knows no limit, since "the measure of the Torah* is longer than the earth" and "Your mitzvah* is exceedingly broad" — the more Hashem will multiply the blessings He grants to satisfy all the needs of every person and the members of his family.
How much more so for one whom Divine Providence has entrusted with a rabbinical mission in a holy place, a Yeshivah*. Indeed, our Sages* state (Tractate Berachos* 10a, Taanis* 22b, and Sanhedrin* 37a) that "even the scoundrels who are near the Rav are also his responsibility." This applies, all the more, to those who listen to you willingly.
It is said that "Hashem does not deal treacherously with His creatures" (by expecting of them what they are incapable of doing). It is therefore certain that everyone receives, from the outset, all the strength necessary to carry out the mission entrusted to him, in general, and the one just described, in particular.
May Hashem grant that you convey good tidings of all this.

שלום וברכה!
... ובודאי למותר לעוררו אשר ככל שירבו ההורים בעניני תורה ומצות שאין סוף בזה, כי הרי התורה ארוכה מארץ מדה, והמצוה, רחבה מצותך מאד, הנה ירבה השי"ת בברכות[י]ו בהמצטרך לאדם ולב"ב, ובפרט למי שההשגחה פרטית נתנה לו רבנות בקדש (בישיבה) אשר אז גם בריוני דשבבותי' תלוים בהרב, כמרז"ל, ועאכו"כ אלו שברצונם הטוב נשמעים לקולו, וכיון שאיןה קב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו, בודאי שמראש ניתנים לכאו"א הכחות הדרושים למילוי תפקידו בכלל ותפקיד כהנ"ל בפרט, והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טובות בכל זה.
