Blessings and greetings,
The following alternative presents itself to you: you can work as a counselor and return home for Shabbos*, or else complete a childcare training course and then practice this profession with a diploma.
It seems to me that the second option is preferable. In our day especially, it is necessary to mobilize the abilities of all individuals in the pedagogical domain. Moreover, from a material standpoint, one can expect this to provide a means of livelihood.
