Greetings and blessings,
I duly received your letter of the 24th of Adar, together with what was enclosed. No doubt you will continue to write to me in detail about all the subjects you mention in your letter.
Concerning the publication of the Likkutei Dibburim* text relating to the imprisonment (of the Frierdiker Rebbe*; consult letter no. 3083 on this subject), it is of course necessary to include a photograph (of the Frierdiker Rebbe). All the other points are also satisfactory. No doubt you will draw inspiration from what has appeared in other countries, particularly in the Holy Land. You know what the Rambam* explains regarding the verse: "All that is fat shall be consecrated to Hashem." And the verse also says: "He is my Elokim* and I will glorify Him" — that is, "Beautify yourself before Him through the Mitzvos*" (everything that is accomplished must therefore be done in the finest manner).
On the occasion of the Festival of Matzos* which is approaching, for us and for all Israel, for the good, I extend my wishes that you celebrate it with all the members of your family and all your followers, in a kosher* and joyous manner.

בהנוגע להדפסת לקו"ד ע"ד המאסר, הנה מובן הצורך שתהי' התמונה, כן כל שאר הענינים, בטוב. ובפרט שבטח יקחו מהנדפסים גם לארצות אחרות ובפרט לאה"ק ת"ו.
וכבר נודע המובא ברמב"ם במ"ש כל חלב לד', וכמ"ש זה אלי ואנוהו, התנאה לפניו במצות וכו'.
ולקראת חג המצות הבא עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה הנה יחוג אותו הוא וכב"ב שיחיו והנלוים אליהם בכשרות ובשמחה.
