To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem,

Rav Chaim Zusya (the Rav Ch. Z. Wilimovski; see letter no. 3151 regarding him),

Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter of the 9th of Adar, and I await further information regarding what you mention in your letter, and above all, concrete action.

Concerning the network (of the Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch* schools in the Holy Land), it is clear that one must prepare in advance, take counsel, and reflect properly on how to extend the coming school year. No doubt, the enrollment period has already arrived.

I read with pleasure in your letter that progress has occurred in the distribution of books (see letter no. 3151 on this subject). May Hashem grant that this progress be effective, that it represent at least a portion of what is possible, in accordance with the needs of the moment. Hashem grants success, and He will enable you to be the channel and the emissary charged with revealing it.

With my blessing to give good news of all that has been said,

במענה על מכתבו מט' אדר אחכה להמשך ידיעותיו אודות הענינים שמזכיר אודותם, והעיקר בהנוגע להבפו"מ.

בהנוגע להרשת - מובן שמוכרחת הכנה בעוד מועד - מתוך התיעצות וישוב הדעת כדבעי - בהנוגע להרחבתה לזמן לימודים הבע"ל. ובטח הגיע גם הזמן להרישום.

נהניתי לקרות במכתבו שניכרת הזזה בהפצת הספרים. ויה"ר שתהי' הזזה ממשית.

ועכ"פ מעין ובמקצת מן האפשרי ומוכרח לפי דרישת השעה, וההצלחה הניתנת מלמעלה, והשי"ת יזכהו להיות הוא הצנור ושליח בזה.
