Greetings and blessings,
I thank you for having communicated to me the account concerning the Rebbe Maharash*, which appears in the second volume of the anthology Chevel Binyamin.
It seems to me, however, that this account contains an imprecision. Indeed, his daughter-in-law (the wife of the eldest of his three sons) was the granddaughter of the Chasam Sofer*, and not that of the Malbim*.
