To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem
and devotes himself to communal needs,

I greet you and bless you,

You will surely make appropriate use of the days of Purim* in the schools of the network (Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch, in the Holy Land*). The same applies to the teachings specific to the festival of Pesach*, which is approaching.

In this country, this same practice has been adopted in recent years, and in this way, the students have been successfully taught how to conduct the Seder*, how to arrange the Seder* plate. In this way, these laws will remain engraved in their minds.

Admittedly, for the students of the network, the various customs (since the network has both Ashkenazi and Sefardi students) will need to be considered. Naturally, no modification should be introduced in this regard, for our Sages say: "You who are broad-minded, do not change the practices of your ancestors." Nevertheless, all of this can be organized and implemented without undermining the various customs.

With my blessing for success in your sacred mission and for good tidings of all this,

... בודאי ינצלו ימי הפורים באופן המתאים בבתי ספר הרשת וכן בהנוגע ללימודים מיוחדים השייכים לחג הפסח הבע"ל, ובמדינה זו נהגו בשנים האחרונות והצליחו על ידי זה להראות להתלמידים-ות עריכת הסדר, בעריכת קערה כו' וכו' שעי"ז נחקקו בזכרונם ההלכות הקשורים בענינים אלו, ואף שבהנוגע לתלמידי הרשת בטח יש בזה חילוקי מנהגים ומובן שאין לנגוע בזה כמרז"ל אשר אל תשנו מנהג אבותיכם נוחי נפש, בכל זה יש להתבונן ולסדר הנ"ל באופן שלא לנגוע בהמנהגים...

בברכת הצלחה בעבודתו בקדש ולבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל.
