To the great Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem
and devotes himself to communal needs,
of virtuous conduct and manifold accomplishments,
Rav Nissan (Rav N. Telushkin; see Letter #2785),

I greet you and bless you,

I join those who have expressed their good wishes (see the following letter) on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of your accession to the position of Rav of the Bnei Yitzchak* synagogue, of the rite of the Arizal*.

May Hashem grant you success so that, through you, this synagogue will justly be called "of the rite of the Arizal*." Indeed, the teachings of the Arizal* have been expounded in Chassidus* and, most especially, by our holy masters, whose merit protects us.

With my respects and my blessing for success, for long days and good years — which, in the expression of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, will be good in every sense of the term,
