10 Shevat 5715
During the day of the Hilulah* in particular, one should strengthen one's faith* in Hashem, in Moshe His servant, and in the one who assumes his role, whose Hilulah* we celebrate.
He evokes blessings* and success, material and spiritual, for his flock, so that it be protected by the watchful Eye that does not slumber, as our masters rule — the Alter Rebbe*, the Mitteler Rebbe*, and the Tzemach Tzedek* (see note below).
It is not advisable to relocate because of what has occurred. It is precisely in this place that Hashem will grant blessing, mercy, and an inheritance without limit (see the following letter).
With my blessing and participating in your Chassidic farbrengen*,

ביום ההילולא ביחוד יתחזקו באמונתם בהוי' ובמשה עבדו, ואתפשטותי' בעל ההילולא, ובבטחונם אשר אף עתה עומד ומשמש, ומעורר שיומשכו ברכות והצלחה בגשמיות וברוחניות לכל צאן מרעיתו, ושמירת עינא פקיחא דלא ניים, וכפסק רבותינו הזקן והאמצעי והצמח צדק, לא נכון לעקור משכן מפני המאורע, כי שם דוקא יצוה הוי' את הברכה והרחמים נחלה בלי מצרים.
בברכה המשתתף בהתועדותם.
