Greetings and blessing,
I deplore profoundly your lack of interest for the education of girls and, in consequence, for the association of the women and young girls of Chabad.
In our generation, in the current era, all that is in no way superfluous and must not be left to others. It is a fundamental question for the young girls, for the women, and therefore equally for the men.
I regret that it had to take six years in Eretz Yisrael to observe the consequence of such a lack of interest. May Hashem grant that this be sufficient and that one set oneself immediately to the work, with the greatest ardor, in the peaceful manner that is that of our Torah, Torah of life, in order to improve and to repair the situation, in all the measure of the possible.
May Hashem accord you success, so that you may give good news, as soon as possible.

... מצטער הנני ביותר על העדר שימת לב... בהנוגע לחנוך הבנות ובדרך ממילא גם לאגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד, כי בדורנו זה ובימינו אלה אין זה ענין של הידור ועבודה בשביל אחרים אלא שאלה חיונית בהנוגע להבנות והנשים ובמילא גם לאנשים... ומצער על שהי' צריכים לשהות שש שנים באה"ק ת"ו, עד שרואים כבר תוצאות אי שימת לב להנ"ל, והלואי ש"יצאו" בהתוצאות דעד עתה ותומ"י יעבדו במרץ הכי גדול ובדרכי נועם שהם דרכי תורתנו תורת חיים לשפר המצב ולתקנו ככל האפשרי. והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טובות בהקדם.
