Greetings and blessing,

We live the days of preparation for the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of our generation. Now, when one must liberate the one who is imprisoned in a pit, one first extracts his head and the members of his body come afterwards, as we explained at the Chassidic gathering of the Shabbos that blessed the month of Tammuz.

It is the same for the great body (which the Jewish people constitute). But, for this, it is necessary to be strongly attached (the members of the body to the head, that is, the Jews to the leader of the generation). In order to attain this, we must "follow the straight way that he has indicated to us, follow the path that he has traced for us for eternity."

Concretely, "the Tzaddik who departs from this world finds himself, in all the worlds, more than during his lifetime," including in this material world, as the Iggeres HaKodesh of the Alter Rebbe, in chapter 27, and in his commentary, explains.
